NEXUS Werkstatt is a physical space located in Berlin. It’s a café and a working environment built around a shared table. You sit down, have a coffee, read, work, and think things through with others who operate on a similar level. Here, you work on yourself, in the presence of people who are doing the same.
The space includes a bike repair workshop. Ron and Wout are Dutch, so bicycles are part of the story. It also serves as the exclusive and certified reseller within Germany for Skiens Cykkelfabrik, a Norwegian brand established in 1926, producing handcrafted city bikes from aerospace-grade aluminium. Alongside that, we host small sessions and working formats where people engage directly with what they are dealing with, rather than just thinking about it.
NEXUS is the field behind the space. It shows up when the systems around you stop matching how you actually think and operate. Most people stay in that gap: adjusting, compressing, and trying to make it work. NEXUS Werkstatt exists for those who don’t. It’s for people who choose to work through it with intention, in a setting where ideas, decisions, and action come together. You meet the peers you have been looking for and realize something simple. You are not the problem. You have moved beyond broken systems.
NEXUS is where Mavericks and Callosom come together — where a different way of thinking becomes practical. It’s not a method or framework, but a shift in how you relate to reality once conventional structures stop working.
MAVERICKS
Mavericks is the embodied side of NEXUS. It's the space I work from and the people I work with.
By the time you arrive here, you've outgrown the systems that were supposed to ground you. You move fast, see through patterns quickly, and lose coherence the moment you're forced into structures that don't align with how you operate.
What I provide is not more input. It's an environment where your way of thinking actually works — where your intensity doesn't need to be reduced and your movement becomes direct again.

CALLOSOM
Callosom is the structural side of NEXUS. Built through decades of working inside complex systems.
What I see consistently is that people recognise misalignment long before they can explain it. Their perception moves ahead of the structures they operate in. That's exactly where the friction starts.
My work makes that visible and usable. I focus on the underlying architecture — how cognition organises reality, why internal velocity increases, and what allows you to move through that without falling back into old patterns. Where Mavericks operates from speed and recognition, Callosom provides the structure that allows it to stabilise and hold.

NEXUS Manifesto
NEXUS emerged from working with people who had already outgrown the systems around them. They weren’t breaking down. They were operating beyond broken systems.
What they needed wasn’t more information. They needed a place where their way of thinking and acting could function in reality. A place where things are tested, challenged, and made concrete, together.
That’s why NEXUS exists as both a field and a place. So movement doesn’t stay conceptual, and clarity doesn’t stop at understanding.
Clarity over Comfort
Embodiment over Theory
Truth over Convention
Action over Expectation
