Drop-off slots run throughout the week. The assessment takes up to 30 minutes — leave your bike with us and we'll reach out when it's ready.

Prefer to just walk in? That works too — booking simply guarantees your slot. And if we're mid-repair when you arrive, you're not standing around in a waiting room. Sit down on the Chesterfield, order a slow brew coffee or specialty tea, and watch us work if you're curious — we're happy to explain what we're doing and why.
